Our Process ​


Choose from our semi-custom wedding stationery designs, and we'll tailor them to include your unique details. 

Get a Quote 

Simply navigate to the product you're interested in and click on the "Get a Quote" button.

From there, you'll be prompted to select the size, paper type, and envelope colour you desire. Once you've made your selections, we'll respond with a customised quote.

 

 Place the order

Once you've accepted a quote and are ready to proceed with your order, simply complete the form accessible via the link in the email to place your order. We request a 50% deposit of the total cost to confirm your order.

Once the Mint Moon team receives your order, they will contact you to confirm all the details.


Design Review

Our team will create a mockup based on your specifications and details. You will receive this for review to ensure all information is correct. You will have the opportunity for up to two revisions.

 Production & Delivery

After you confirm the final design, the remaining balance must be paid before we proceed with printing. Printing generally takes up to 5 working days. Your invitations will then be couriered to your address the following day at no additional charge.

Payment Method:

We offer two convenient payment options to streamline your experience.

Firstly, you have the choice to pay in full upfront, expediting the process and ensuring a swift turnaround.

Alternatively, for added flexibility, you can opt for a split payment method. With this option, you'll make a 50% payment at the beginning of (step 2), securing your order, and the remaining 50% upon approval of the final mockups (step 4). This allows you to have greater control over your budget while still enjoying our tailored service. Whichever option you choose, we're committed to providing you with exceptional quality and service every step of the way.
